Aimed at students who have already taken their Bachelor’s degree and who were among the best in their year, the University of Bonn’s Economics Graduate School is becoming increasingly attractive: it enables candidates to complete parts of their doctorate while they are still doing the integrated research-oriented Master’s programme. In doing so, they can finish their PhD one to two years earlier than normal. Moreover, at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics, the language of instruction is English throughout, making its programmes particularly attractive to international students.
