Research Explorer: Germany's research landscape online! (07/03/2008)

The German Research Foundation (DFG) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) present a new web-based research directory, the "Research Explorer". The Research Explorer enables fast access to all major German research centres: it contains over 17,000 entries for German universities and non-university research institutions. The database is available in English as well as in German and is searchable by name, geographic location, subject or other similar criteria.
