| Humboldt Foundation: annual meeting in Berlin (06/25/2008)

From June 23rd to June 24th, around 600 young researchers from all over the world will come together in Berlin for the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation's annual meeting. On Tuesday, 24 June, the Federal President, Horst Köhler, will hold a reception for the Humboldtians and their families in the gardens of Chateau Bellevue. The young scientists and scholars from 72 countries come from diverse disciplines and are currently staying in Germany as Humboldt Research Fellows or Award Winners.
The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is the leading organisation for the promotion of top foreign researchers. Yearly it enables over 1,800 researchers from all over the world to do research in Germany.
